What does a Non-Owners FR44 policy cover in Florida?

Some specific exclusions of a named non-owners policy

Physical Damage Coverage – Named non-owner policies do not provide any physical damage coverage for the vehicle you are operating.  The owner of the vehicle should have a regular auto policy that provides this coverage.

Personal Injury Protection – Named non-owner policies typically do not include personal injury protection if you are injured in an accident.

Vehicles inside your household – Named non-owner policies do not provide any coverage for any vehicle inside your household.

Vehicles owned by relatives – Named non-owner policies do not provide any coverage while you operating vehicles owned by a relative.

Vehicles you have regular use of – Named non-owner policies do not provide any coverage for any vehicle you own, regularly operate, or have regular use of.  If you are driving a vehicle on a regular basis you should be listed on the vehicles regular auto policy.
